Laser Frame Assembly

The bundle of aluminum extrusions and hardware from Misumi has arrived.  All the parts are here, and it was short work to assemble the frame.

Extrusions arrive cut to specified length.

Misumi hardware, brackets, T nuts, hinges...


Assembled frame in a few hours.


Details on frame assembly that required looking at the CAD to determine.

Perfect! You're right in that they could be something that folks could buy if they like your work but can't lay out the bucks for a large piece. Love them!

My plastic sugeron told me not to do that, and he used a YAG on me. My tattoo was multi-colored with a lot of black, it took about a year, but it cleared up nicely. He did advise me to use some scar reducing cream and skin cream on the area to reduce and afteraffects of the laser. You can't even tell where my tattoo was now. Just be patient and it'll clear up sooner than you think.

Hey Daniel,

thank you for your awesome site! If i may ask you something: Where did you geht all the screws and washers? The BOM links to McMaster Carr but they do not ship to germany. It is really confusing and difficult to find the right stuff elsewhere. I would be really grateful if you could help me ...
